Where possible we ask that you sign up to the NHS APP to view parts of your summary care record, i.e. test results and immunisation history.  By registering with the app you can also order your repeat medication.  You can access via this link -   NHS App and your NHS account - NHS (www.nhs.uk) - download for free on the Apple Store or Google Play from a smartphone.
