Online Services

Contact us Online for non urgent queries

  • Please do not use this service for urgent requests.
  • Your request will be actioned by the practice team within 72 hours.
  • Online queries will not be read on weekends or on bank holidays. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.

Access the practice through Patient Access or the NHS APP

Patient Access

You are able to get access to ordering repeat medication and viewing your some of your medical records though Patient Access. To do this you need to complete the following forms and visit reception with photographic ID.

Work is also ongoing to give patients online account access to their future or prospective full general practice health record including free text, letters and documents, this will be from 11th October 2023. For more information download What can I see in my medical records (DOCX, 14KB)

Sign up to this service by completing one of the following forms appropriate to age group:

  • 16 & over - Online Access (DOCX, 49KB)
  • Children age 11 to 16 years online access (DOCX, 41KB)
  • Children under 11 - Proxy Online access form (DOCX, 25KB)

Access online is available to all patients over the age of 16.

The NHS has produced patient information guides to help you understand how GP online services work and how you can take more control of your health. These can be ordered or downloaded.

NHS APP

You can download the NHS APP via (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) which is a simple and secure way to sign up and access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. There is no need to attend the practice to use this app to:

  • check your symptoms
  • find out what to do if you need help urgently
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • register to be an organ donor
  • choose how the NHS uses your data
  • Access your medical records
