About Hampton Surgery

The surgery is a modern purpose built practice with ramped access for disabled people.

We are a teaching practice and our aim is to offer a high quality of care together with a professional service. We very much welcome constructive comments and feedback on our services, skills and behaviour.

Please contact our Clinical Lead & Practice Manager Mrs Kirsty Millard who will be happy to talk over any comments you may have.

We consider that the doctor patient relationship is just about the most important single factor in promoting good General Practice medicine and we look forward to working with you in order to achieve this.

The Practice Vision

Our Vision is to provide excellent healthcare by understanding & meeting the needs of our patients, while encouraging them to participate in the decision making process for their care & treatment, thus enabling them to make informed healthcare choices. We aim to continue in our mission that all our practice staff have the necessary training & facilities to provide an exemplary service and strive towards our vision.
