Statement of intent for Hampton Surgery
‘Improving patient online access’
Hampton Surgery has already implemented the following to improve its patient’s online access to practice services:
- Ordering repeat medication
- Summary Care Record
- Allow access to elements of their medical records included detailed read coded information
- Future Prospective access for patients registered to the Patient Access service. (from 11th October 2023) What can I see in my medical records (DOCX, 14KB)
Please see the information on our 'Online Services' page and print off the Online Access application form if you wish to register for any of the online services, or speak to one of the reception team who can give you a paper application form at reception.
The practice also uses the following to improve its patient care:
- GP2GP (electronic transfer of patient records between practices)
- EPS (Electronic Prescription Service)
